2000 BOMA BC Toby Award, Crestwood 8

The Crestwood 8 was named Building of the Year in the < 100,000 sq.ft. category in the year 2000.

The Toby Awards, administered by the Building Owners and Managers Association, recognize office buildings on the basis on their management, operations, design, tenant relations and community impact.

The Crestwood 8 building was designed as a comparison to its neighbouring Crestwood 7: the latter being designed with conventional systems, while the former conformed to the more stringent C-2000 Advanced Commercial Buildings Award program.
