2005 UDI Award of Excellence

The Taylor Building was recognized by the Urban Development Institute for excellence in design in the Revitalization, Renovation or Heritage category. Located at 310 Water Street, the project was developed by the Salient Group, with Acton Ostry Architects and Cobalt Engineering as key members of the design team.
