Langara College Library

The Langara College Library is on target to achieve and improvement in energy performance of 71%, which will qualify for the full 10 LEED points available for energy optimization.

The new 80,000 sq 2 Langara College Library and Classroom building in Vancouver has been shown to achieve 71% energy savings over the baseline building and 68% energy cost savings. This qualifies the building for the maximum $60,000 CBIP energy incentive and the full 10 points available for LEED Energy & Atmosphere Credit 1 – a remarkable achievement!

This expected performance is the result of close collaboration between all consultants to creatively unify form and function.
