Conrad Schartau, MCIBSE, MBA and Chartered Business Manager
Conrad joins the Cobalt Team with over 20 years of industry experience, stemming from the UK. As our new Managing Partner, Conrad will lead Cobalt in the effective integration of mechanical and electrical building services, and will also spearhead the company’s continual improvement and quality management programs.
Mark S. Blamey, PEng, PE, MBA
Since beginning his career in Vancouver in 1982, Mark has completed large and complex projects in British Columbia, California, and Ontario. As one of Cobalt’s Project Managers, Mark is leading a 7- person production team. Mark has established a strong reputation as being both a exceptional technical engineer and a diligent practitioner in client care.
Dean Cumberbirch, LEED Accredited Professional
Dean has 30 years experience in the Mechanical Engineering consulting business. As one of Cobalt’s Senior Project Managers, Dean is leading a 6-person production team. Dean brings valuable insight and guidance to the other team leaders in terms of exceptional client care.
Lane Logan, PEng, Certified Measurement and Verification Professional
With over 16 years experience as an Electrical Engineer, Lane has joined Cobalt as our Interior-based Project Manager. Lane has developed a strong project background on a range of institutional, industrial, health care, education and private sector projects. Lane is based out of Prince George and serves the entire region, including Kelowna and the Okanagan Corridor.
