Adam brings more than 25 years of leading edge building experience to the Cobalt Team. His diversified experience includes commissioning, project management, business ownership, and commercial property development management. Adam’s 360 degree experience provides a unique platform for high level building services integration.
Having gained a solid record of experience in the UK, Adam has ventured abroad to many countries to gain global experience. He has enthusiastically refocused his efforts in Canada. As a commissioning specialist and project manager he has successfully delivered many large scale projects in the commercial, residential, airport, and mission critical sectors.
In addition to delivering high quality projects, Adam has taken an active role in the development and enhancement of building practices across the UK. He served on the CIBSE Commissioning Code ‘A’ Committee for the code re-write. He was also served as a steering group member for the BSRIA application guide AG 16/2002 on Variable Flow Water Systems.

His holistic perspective integrates project management, design, construction, and operational disciplines to deliver real results that matter to the clients, the occupants, and the community.
